My stakes are deducted

This is due to the government directive on the Finance Bill 2019 signed into law in November 2019 regarding the excise duty.

Kindly note that we are now charging 20% Excise Duty on Stakes deducted from your account balance. However, as a relief, we are awarding you a Stake Back Bonus of 10%.

To place any bet, kindly ensure that you have an extra 10% of the stake as your additional balance on your account.

e.g.

1. To place a bet of KES 50.00, you'll require an account balance of KES 55.00; an additional KES 5.00 which is 10% of KES 50.00

2. To place a bet of KES 100.00 you'll require an account balance of KES 110.00, an additional KES 10.00 which is 10% of KES 100.00
