Charges are usually paid immediately. If your balance is unchanged, please check the "Transactions" for details. If still not showing, you can try Manual Reconciliation.
Try "Manual Reconciliation". However, the precondition is that you have already received an M-Pesa Transaction Code via SMS.
Step 1: Log into your account.
Step 2: Click on your Account's Balance on the top-right corner.
Step 3: Select "Transactions" to view your transaction details.
Step 4: Click on "Was your Deposit unsuccessful?" right above the transaction list
Step 5: Enter the M-Pesa Transaction Code which M-Pesa sent to your Mobile Phone via SMS.
Step 6: Hit Confirm. The Deposit will most probably be added to your account after confirmation.
Manual reconciliation is to be used in situations such as
a. Deposit is displayed as "Failed"
b. Deposit is displayed as "Pending"
c. M-Pesa Paybill was used to Deposit, but no records exist
